Congrats dlink!

I just got a job translating a presentation for an insurance company into English in a week

Hope I'll do it good enough, the pay is great (20 bucks an hour!) and it's not that hard really...I might ask you guys if I'm stuck but I could imagine that you are trying to convince me to use some weird slang words to humiliate that poor guy who has to hold the speech

You know I wouldnt!

I work as a Shelf stacker at the main supermarket in town, though for most of the time I do management duties as well. I was supposed to be trained to be a Deputy Manager, but was told i couldnt if i was going to uni.

So I do twice as much work as anyone else, for £4.85 an hour. Great

I get paid $7.75 per hour to move carts for 8 hours a day 40 hours a week at Target, thats a discout retail chain store for those of you outside the US. in reality, I get paid way more than I should, but since I'm the only cart attendant that can work the hours I work, they don't get a choice but to pay me extra. I get paid better than the security gaurds

I get paid $6.00 an hour to set in my car for 7 to 12 hours per (most) night(s) and watch either a hole in the ground (coal mine portal) or mine equiptment. Some nights I get the pleasure of being named "Bob", cause I get to bob up and down half the night signing people in and out of the property.

I much perfer being bored off my ass in my car, listening to the radio all night. WHICH IS WHAT I DO TONIGHT FOR 7 HOURS!!1one.

Here's a pic for you, sarge (provided he reads this thread). Took this with my cam (infinite focus, longest exposure length I had, and setting it on my vehicle for ballance). Was about 2:30 or 3:00 am.

Wish I would've remembered to take my cam, too. Skies were clear as could be. Plus, I wanted to get a nice shot of the 777's (huge ass dump trucks. The tires are bigger around than I am tall).

"Well, got to love you and leave you, need to go get into the shower and rub my hard naked body all over with soapy bubbles, I'll be back later to carry on playing....

It'll take you some time to get over the image of me naked in the shower......mind you don't masturbate to hard thinking about it...."

That sounds good.

I'm going to work in the staff bar at my college. They pay £5.50 an hour if you work at lunchtime and £5.25 if it's in the evenings.

I have to make at least £400 to cover a hole in my yearly budget. My parents have told me that two things will make them furious: if I get overdrawn and if I fuck up my degree. I got charged £210 for overweight at Heathrow, but my parents don't know.

I wasn't able to finish this post, cause my dad was yelling for me, but what I was going to say is that according to the company, they are a discount store, in the same vein as Wal-Mart. I don't really know what qualifies you as a discount store, but most people in finical circles call it a discout store.

I have something that pays, but it's not a real job. I'm not on a contract and in Holland you only get health insurance if you're on contract. So now I have to find something to either scam them or get a quick job in.

Actually, you can get health-insurance if you don't have a contract, but it's private-health insurance. For rich people, who sit on their money. Probelm is, because of that, when you lose your job you are forced to get the more expensive private insurance.
Some great ideas we sport, eh?
