new version-> bug fixes, optimizations

fixed the bug that eos found, actualy just kinda redid what i did before, except the right way(no more throwing old textures into the backbuffer, YAY less flickering!!!!!)

i pretty much rewrote the render to screen function, but made it render to the shape textures insted. i'm not sure about the asect ratio setup, it changed the way phat and eos's pressets sink into the middle(now they go more right?) anyway play with it guys if ya got the time, if you can tell me by what factor its off or something, i may be more able to pin-point my error, if there is one(i might need to get my sizes from the tex_size as aposed to the screen_size).

seems like it runs alot faster this way, and it opens a whole new list of posibilities... moving the texture center, doing effects on shape textures(sweet-> like presets inside of presets)

tomarow i think i'll try making the render to screen function render to a buffer texture, then displaying that with a single call to renderprimitive to the backbuffer... might get rid of those pesky post-processing fps drops

Is there something like a full (detailed) changelog available for this project? I'm curious what's fixed/new.

(I guess I should just install it, but this (work) computer's not powerfull enough to run it).
