Music for a house cleaning frenzy

Right, moved in, most of of my stuff is sorted.....time for a cleaning frenzy.

Cylob, there is no 'other half' as yet, but there is a young lady who seems to want to apply for the job. Infact, I shall be taking her out this very evening.

Right, music to clean the house by;

The Doors - LA Woman
The Strokes - Is This It
Funkadelic - America Will Eat Its Young
James Brown - Live at The Apollo Theatre
Dennis Wilson - Pacific Ocean Blue
Jimi Hendrix - Are You Exerienced?

It's been said that I could start an arguement in an empty room.....I see no reason to disbelieve this.

Ellen Allien - Berlinette
Stereolab - Cobra & Phases Group Play Voltage in the Milky Night
Barbara Morgenstern - Fjorden

To bring on the luck...

The Jesus & Mary Chain - Honey's Dead
BRMC - BRMC

Barbara Morgenstern's a real artist... she always throws in that extra blip or scratch.

But, if you had any sense... you'd stay a teenager. Being a grown-up's just no fun!

I did a massive cleaning last month and had some Motown songs going, have to agree with Marvin Gaye. The old school motown just had a lot of easy funk to it, so you were bopping along as you were mopping.

/bad word play, bad :P

I usually use aggressive music when starting cleaning then soft music when I'm getting tired of it (usually, after 5 minutes)

So my typical music combo would be Underworld full blast to start then followed by Eno stuff

I haven't gone more than a month without hearing it.

It's due again tonight. 4 cans of dry blackthorn and I'll be off.

I'll also have my Latin cd going when cleaning. It's fun to salsa when you're mopping the kitchen floor
