Unparsable XML ¿Any fix?

Hi.

When stream plays or have in the song history a track with some strange character the XML gets corrupted and the error shown when trying to parse the XML.

For example:
<TITLE>Lady Gaga - Poker Face (Dave Aud&#xC3;© Radio Edit)</TITLE>

Track name: lady gaga - poker face (dave aude radio edit).mp3
ID TAG: Lady Gaga - Poker Face (Dave Audé Radio Edit)



¿Someone knows a fix for this?
