ICY 404 Resource Not Found

I am trying to access the webserver of Shoutcast by a php-script to read out some basic statistics.

What I try is to open /7.html on the server, but the server tells me that the resource can't be found.

Even when I do a telnet on the server i receive the following reply:

ICY 404 Resource Not Found
icy-notice1:<BR>SHOUTcast Distributed Network Audio Server/win32 v1.9.2<BR>
icy-notice2:The resource requested was not found<BR>

Does anyone know how I can get the 7.html by PHP?
