cd ripping/burning not functioning properly.

Hey guys,

just purchased winamp 5 and i'm getting this error when i install the program on my computer.

*There was a problem installing components. CD Ripping/Burning may not function properly. '-1'*

does anyone know what this error means?

i will say that when i try to rip a cd, it give me an error.
