What are Aggregated Tuning Hours

what are they? the total amount of time the server is broadcasting?

In simplest form, ATH is number of listeners times the number of hours connected. 1 listener connected for one hour = 1 ATH, 2 listeners both connected for 2 hours = 4 ATH. Hope that answers your question.
