What are Aggregated Tuning Hours

i live in the US, im looking to buy liscensing, and i need to figure out my Aggregated tuning hours

In simplest form, ATH is number of listeners times the number of hours connected. 1 listener connected for one hour = 1 ATH, 2 listeners both connected for 2 hours = 4 ATH. Hope that answers your question.
