Connecting to stream id 2 or higher
Hi All
I am pretty sure I am doing something obviously incorrect but as someone new to Shoutcast I don't know what. I have a Shoutcast server config set up and working with a single stream. I have also got a second steam id set up in the same config. My problem is I don't know how to connect to the second stream. Every time I try to connect, the id I see trying to connect in the terminal is 1. Then it tells me the password is incorrect (which it is for id1). How do I get a stream to connect to id2 instead of id1, please? adminpassword=***AdminPass*** maxuser=200 password=***SourcePass*** portbase=8000 requirestreamconfigs=1 streamadminpassword_1=***stream1AdminPass*** streamadminpassword_2=***stream2AdminPass*** streammaxuser_1=100 streammaxuser_2=100 streampassword_1=***stream1Pass*** streampassword_2=***stream1Pass*** streampath_1=/stream1 streampath_2=/stream2 |

i assume you're talking about connecting a v1 type source to sid 2:
the password determines the sid like this: password:#2 (append :#2 to the password) /* v2 HTML5 / Player test pages DigitalMixNYC, DigitalMixNYCbx | DNAS Status: Now Playing js codes (scaststatus_X.php) | PortForward.com | Upload/Download Speed Test | No-IP.com: Free Dynamic DNS | In the YP | dnasDir */ |
