Streaming via Ubiquiti connection

This is what I am trying to do. I'm trying to figure out how to send audio signal via Ubiquiti boxes from a master computer to a remote computer which is connected to an FM transmitter, with neither computer connected to the Internet. The idea is to have a master computer in the studio, which plays music from Winamp, and for this master to also have an external sound mixer for microphones or other remote signals, going into the "line in" or "external microphone" jack. We then want to stream the combined audio output from the master computer to the remote computer via Ubiquiti boxes, so that the remote can deliver audio signal to the FM transmitter.

Can I use Winamp with the SHOUTcast Source DSP plugin to achieve this? I have looked at similar posts and tried to configure Winamp to do this, but am not succeeding. Thanks in advance for your helpful suggestions.

using dual Winamp installs should be able to do it where one plays and the second runs the Source DSP instance with it either pulling from the line in plug-in and grabbing Winamp's input or using the soundcard capture in the Source DSP.

just bear in mind that it'll add more of a delay to the stream being output.
