Library Management...?

I want to ditch iTunes. Badly. Really badly. But it seems to be one of the best media managers out there.
I installed Winamp on a whim and noticed it has a good podcast manager. And I loved Winamp years ago, used it nearly all the time. But there's one thing that keeps me from moving to another player.
Is there a way to manage music like iTunes does?
Like, when I add music to my library, can it copy the files and organize it by artist and album as easily as iTunes? And rename them accordingly?
And if I delete something, can it be deleted from the actual hard drive and when I sync to my Droid Incredible, would it remove the file during sync?

P.S.: I would've done MediaMonkey, but it doesn't do video podcasts. Fail.
