Winamp will not stop scrolling

Whenever I double click a song in my media library to begin playing the track Winamp instead just begins to scroll through all of the titles I have saved in Winamp. It will not stop and play any song, but instead just keeps highlighting each song as it scrolls through the list over and over again. I cannot make it stop to play any song I have saved. All help will be seriously appreciated.

it sounds like the files you're trying to play cannot be found or you don't have the required input plug-in installed to play them. in the media library if you select one of the files you're having issues with and use the 'view file info' option, if it loaded everything disabled then the file is likely not there - would need to know the file type if that happens otherwise something else is going on and http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....161361#plugins will help in either case.
