Gracenote folder missing

I've dowloaded winamp and this problem showed up pretty quickly. When i tried to auto-tag a song, it told me this: "Gracenote tools are not installed". When I was searching the web for a solution I came across the fact that a lot of people were having a kind of similar problem (this one for example: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=377496), but when they fixed it they went to a folder in the program files in the plugins folder called Gracenote. When I do so, the Gracenote folder isn't there. So I reinstalled it to make sure I had everything installed, but this was the case. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do right now and if someone could help me, it would be absolutely great.
