How to play a specific song next?

Hey everyone, I'm wondering if there's any way to select a song and have it play next. I always listen with random mode on. I want to be able to right click a song or whatever, and select something, then have that song play next, followed by whatever songs were randomly chosen after the current one. Is that functionality built in to Winamp or do I need a plugin, and if so, which? Thanks!

Yup, you can enqueue next from the playlist editor (main playlist). When in the playlist editor highlight/select the item you play next then hit the Q button.

The enqueue next function is part of Jump to File. For more info Jump to File and enqueue next see the following section from Winamp Help...

Hmm...the problem with that is I use the Single_GUI skin, and since the main playlist view is in the Media Library window, not the Playlist Editor window, that doesn.t work. Hitting Q just highlights the first song starting with Q. Does this mean none of the Jump to File options are available in the Media Library view, only in the Playlist Editor?

For a song to be played it must be in the Playlist Editor window, so yes.

Are you using the Bento skin? Do you mean the Playlist tab? It still should work.

1. Winamp > Ctrl+P (for Preferences)
2. General Preferences > Jump to File
3. Queue Options tab > make sure 'Enable Playlist Editor features and related menus' is checkmarked

The enqueue next feature does not work in the Media Library Playlists, just in the playlist editor (main/current playlist). The Winamp Single GUI skins is a little buggy, so the playlist editor may not display correctly.
