"New" Menu in Explorer

How can I remove and more importantly add to the "New" menu when you right-click in Explorer?

I ran across this via Google but... dunno, didn't seem to work.

You'll want TweakUI (which you should have anyway, it's useful for so many things). The options you need are in the Templates menu.
