Change stream buffer size

Is it possible to change the number of seconds that Winamp 5 (5.03) will buffer? I just don't like losing my stream every once in a while. This only happens when someone decides to use all of the bandwidth for a few seconds, so a larger buffer would prevent loss of the stream.

Any ideas \ suggestions?

Prefs(Ctrl+P) > Input > Nullsoft Mpeg audio decoder > configure > Streaming
