Updating files location in multiple playlists.

Hello.
I have approximately 100 playlist.
I moved the mp3's to another drive, and now I need to update the playlists accordingly.
Is there an efficient way do to it? Are there programs for this task?
Thanks!

if you simply moved from drive C:\ to D:\ then thats very simple. If its more complicated, like not all the files went into teh same directory(like if you were completely restructuring you music files...then thats difficult...impossible almost.

open a playlist in notepad. notepad has a find/replace tool that you can use to change the path

C:\mp3\ becomes D:\music\ or whatever.

but considering you have 100 playlists...all i have to say is, Im sorry. right now there is no way for easy fix.

Notepad is too limited. He needs to use EditPad instead, which can open all 100 of his playlists at the same time to allow him to make a mass-change.

@ MentalSuicide...

See this thread, "changing the playlists location"

Also maybe check out the following plug-ins...
WANQer
M3U Playlist Checker
Note: I have not used the plug-ins, so I can't give you a review.

As additional info see this thread, "Auto - Update Filepath"

And just for general knowledge folks, it took me no more than 30 seconds.
Searching for all the m3u's + opening in EditPad + some formalities.
Thank you again.
