Looking for Local US streams

Im doing a project and looking for US Local streams, like a station geared and ran by locals in Baltimore, MD(that is only an example).

Such streams I hope to find will provide local traffic reports, weather reports, local on air personalities(joe blow from Baltimore for instance) and other things geared to the locality you serve!

Anyone running such a station now? I know it's the Internet, but this is the broadcast yourself era, so Im hoping someone is doing this now or has a desire too!

I More or less Gear my station more to New Jersey at times...
Most of the time target international
only target state..etc.. if theres a state of emergency, major weather..for locals (friends) listening
