It won't recognize my ipod touch

Earlier today I downloaded itunes and downloaded the newest Firmware for my ipod touch. In Itunes I could see my ipod touch and everything... but with winamp it wouldnt recognize it... It will recognize an IPOd classic alright but not my ipod touch... what seems to be the problem? Luckily enough I formatted my computer today and did a clean windows install with winamp and I didnt install itunes... But it still wont recognize my ipod touch.


Any ideas?

BTW, my ipod touch shows as a digital camera in My Computer next to my HD's

it won't recognize mine randomly (no new firmware)

and it shows as a digital camera too in my computer

i have reinstalled and restarted many times, it's been doing this for a couple weeks.
