Accessing Shoutcast Database use License terms

What are the terms for using the Shoutcast Database?

I'm building a cellphone application and this will be its main feature, surfing the shoutcast radio statios...

Now while the application is free to people would there be any terms that are being broken here?

What if the application is a paid version? what would it take to still use this databases for querying?

I've emailed Tag about my request of license terms but he never replied. I wonder if he isn't the person to talk with?

could you point me to the right person to email about shoutcast DB license of use?

What cell phones are you targeting (windows mobile, Palm/Symbian, other)? Just curious since none of the netwroks here have gotten up to speed with this stuff, so I have an almost 10 year old digital (version 1 digital) phone and refuse to upgrade it until they offer some of the things that I want.

Well this application targets Android based phones. Next year there will be many of these phone on the market and most likely will range from free, "with a contract" to some hi-tech ones, more pricey. Currently this will be available for the G1 Phone, and then many other models will be supported as they come out to the market.

Ok..

A commercial product that uses YP access will have to be part of the forthcoming shoutcast partner project.
More details about becoming a shoutcast partner will be available this year(shortly) via the shoutcast.com website.

The same rules apply for non commercial products and an agreement must be signed with AOL shoutcasts parent company.

Currently I do have the software just about ready to be released. I really need to get a hold of I guess AOL? could you PM me a contact email so that I could start the process at least for a temporary non-commercial product? In regards to Shoutcast partner project I would like to join as soon as it becomes available...
