streaming for iphone app question

I have a radio station that i setup from the board rca to a soundcard on a xp box. then installed winamp, bought the pro license and setup on a static ip with port 8000

then i setup a streaming media server windows 2003, with shoutcast server v1.9

I can actually get the stream to my iphone http://204.14.161.227:8000/listen.pls

But for an iphone app, i need the stream to be .mp3

Can anyone assist me please.

doing something like http://204.14.161.227:8000/;stream.mp3 should work for what you're trying to do (if i've understood it correctly that the stream needs to appear like an mp3 file).
