Crash when connecting HTC Mobile

I do not know if anyone postet this so far, the search got me no results.

The Problem i have i can recreate anytime.
I just have to connect my HTC Mobile with HTC sync running in the background
and Winamp crashes instant(sometimes survives for a few seconds :P ).
Confirmed with HTC Desire HD and HTC One X on 3 different PC's
On every PC HTC sync(3.2.20) is installed.
Os is Windows 7 x64
Winamp 5.623
