Setup server

I have virtual dj and I wanna setup the shoutcast server, but when I access the localhost at port 8000 I get webpage not found.

http://127.0.0.1:8000/

What am I doing wrong ?

I try to setup mixxx, but I always get an error saying Mixxx could not connect to streaming server. Please check your connection to the internet and verify that your username and password are correct.

If you can, please attach your server's configuration (with all the passwords, unlock codes, and hashes removed/obfuscated) and the latest server log file. Please attach them, do not copy/paste them into the message box.

but how can I change when it says server is private ? Can I make it public and listed on shoutcast ?
