Problem with SHOUTcast reading metadata and Adverts

Hi. I've been all around the place/emailed SHOUTcast - but as we all know they don't really tend to reply on the same year these days. I'm running a radio station through SHOUTcast. I know there there are no issues with metadata since every other source receives it (Media players, HTML embed players and even when I search my station on SHOUTcast listings and play it from there - it shows songs title and artist without issues. The only place that has issues with metadata is SHOUTcast radiomanager page. It shows nothing under now playing and that causes a massive headache about running ads. My 2 minuted Advert: files are overlapped with real ads, but I've been running them for days and there are still no stats under revenue. PLEASE HELP!!!
