I want to edit the play list and be able to control volume and prev/play/pause/stop/next from a remote computer over a TCP/IP network. This would be used to have one PC actually playing the music, while I am controlling everything from an other room. I guess it takes two plugins to do this, one host and one client plugin.

Remote Control over TCP/IP
I've just released something which will allow
you to control Winamp from another room/house/country /operating system. It's in Public Beta. Try it out @ http://mp3organiser.com |

Oh forgot to mention
I'll also be releasing the lightweight version allowing you to control winamp from any browser and view the Album Covere/Time/Lyrics etc realtime. Should work on a Pocket PC as well using PersonalJava .. |
