He only gave me this URL http://idcfm.onlivestreaming.net:8800/

When I open it using winamp or another media player, I can hear the radio.

If the stream is MP3, add ";stream.mp3" (no quotes, but include the semicolon) to this URL, then it can be used in a HTML 5 <audio> tag, which should work in most major browsers in most operating systems, most notable exception are Opera and Chromium (Chrome works, but not Chromium)

So I did

I have the same problem with asadja, so i think i have not to start a new thread.

Well, i setup shoutcast on my personal computer and portforward to my local IP so as to be able to be viewed from others computers.
Everything is ok and i can broadcast with no problem to winamp clients out of my network.

After that i decided to put a joomla plugin (flash player) on my site to let my friends listen my music.

The problem is that i can listen from my site when i have it on my personal computer, but when i upload my site to an external server i cannot listen the stream.

How i have configured the above:
Personal Computer:
On IP -> Shoutcast server
On IP -> joomla site
Here I can hear the broadcast from flash player :-)

On IP 85.xxx.xxx.xxx -> joomla site (i cant hear from flash player) Of course i have instructed flash player to see the external IP of my personal computer and the default port 8000.

Is there a firewall problem?
Do i have to change shoutcast server to listen to port 80;
Any help would be very kind!!

Thank you for your time!!
