Trouble downloading skins from site

Hello. My apologies if this is the wrong forum, as I'm not quite suer where to take the question.

I've been trying to download two skins from the site as follows:

http://winamp.com/skins/details.php?id=131451
http://winamp.com/skins/details.php?id=131555

But when I left click the download button, I'm taken back to the details page. When I try the 'right-click/save target as...' method, I'm prompted to save the details webpage, versus a skin file.

On a whim, I tried another skin, http://winamp.com/skins/details.php?id=128124 And got the same results. I had no trouble downloading skins from the animated category, so I'm not sure if this is isolated to the games category.

Winamp 5.03 full
Windows XP home ed.
IE 6 (cleared cache)
skin types attempted: classic
