National Socialism on Shoutcast Radio

I searched for streams and what I found surprised me negative. I saw radios with names like NSBM (National Socialistic Black Metal) Radio; or Blood and Hour Radio.
Is it allowed to propagate national socialistic ideas with Shoutcast Radio?
The radios played bands from which I know that there CD's
are on the index in Germany!
That is out of order!
I hope that the radios will get closed.
