Clear Audio Library, two audio libraries?

Greetings, hope this makes sense. I used EAC to copy my Audio library from CD to my PC. Those were all in FLAC format. Now, I have taken Winamp and 'riped' them, for lack of better terminology, to MP3 format.

My problem is that now I have double listing in my Winamp library. Both FLAC and MP3.

Is there a way to have two/multiple Audio Libraries? One for FLAC and one for MP3? I would want this so that I can play FLAC on my PC out of the FLAC library, and MP3s to load onto my MP3 players.

Also, any way to copy the ***** Ratings from one to the other? Ex. I listened to and rated all 3600 files in my FLAC library and would love to be able to copy my ratings over to my MP3 files or vice verse.
