Issue Setting Up Source DSP (Not Seeing UI Hints)

Hey guys. I'm really a noob at all these. I don't really speak computer language. The last time I broadcast, it was so simple. But now since the update, I've been encountering so much problems. Refer to the picture below.

Please help me. Why is my Winamp saying "Stream Configuration Not Complete"?
I havent broadcast in a year, and I've forgot everything.

I will really really appreciate your help

it is simpler than it used to be - the plug-in is _specifically_ telling you the fields which you need to enter something in (the bits with 'red' text) and there's even the message on the button showing 'set password'.

i just don't get how else to make it any clearer on the plug-in's configuration the parts that need to entered. *shrugs*

and as a helpful suggestion, choose a more appropriate title for the thread and post in the correct part of the forum (as i've now had to waste time correcting both 'issues').
