Stream keeps getting dumped.

How is it my stream keeps getting dropped, for no apparent reason. Further to that, the fall back file I uploaded, is not used any longer when the steam goes.
It seems incredibly difficult to get any form or response via email, so do we actually have to go through forums for issues and concerns
