relay in AAC, problems when the initial stream is 48000hz

hello
i relay/restream some streams from mp3 to aac so i will listen with lower data demand/consumption in a place without good internet
Everything is going well except when the initial stream is in 48000hz.
The sound is really bad.
Can i do something about?

I had to install the previous version 2.3.4 to work correct.
