Any skins that work well on Surface Pro?

After many years I find I need to use Winamp again. Are there any skins specifically made for HD screens on Windows 10 tablets such as the Surface Pro?

I find the skins I've tried are not up to the task because they suffer from the tiny font/graphic problem that happens because of the HD style of the screen. Any suggestions will be most appreciated.

Also I am not looking for animated splashy skins. I want something that is fast, works, and is not burdened with useless eye candy.

might want to try installing cPro2, I think they have more HD oriented skins
