Utorrent library import freeze
While downloading movies and music with media library in the directory of Utorrent to import media, I usually get a freeze of Winamp.
The freeze happens often when downloading a series of eps. Okay what should I do? For a quick fix can some tell me how to tell Winamp not to import media .wmv .avi ect. and still keep my same directory? |

If I'm understanding you right.
Don't download torrents directly into the folders being watched in the Media Library. Much better to download them to a seperate folder somewhere(e.g. 'New Downloads'), sort out the names and tags and them move them to the watched folders. UJ |

Are you looking in the 'Audio' view in the Media Library, this should not show files identified as video.
Right click on 'Audio' > Edit view > Make sure the rule Is Video .. Equals .. 0. You may want to add other rules here e.g. Is Podcast etc. If you have a 'Video' view not being used, then delete it. Another source of interference may be the rescan of Watched Folders, this can be disabled in Prefs, but you'll need to do it manually if you turn it off. UJ |
