multimedia controls

Hi.
I have multimedia controls on my keyboard and i set them up in winamp so i use them whem gaming. Now the problem i encounterd is that when i am ingame (fullscreen) and i use my volume key it alters both winamp and the system volume. Is there a way the volume buttons can only control winamp when winamp is open in the fore and background?
