i did a bit of looking around in the /usr/local/bin/Winamp file and took out the /dev/null part and got this error msg(s)

libpng warning: Incomplete compressed datastream in iCCP chunk
libpng warning: Ignoring truncated iCCP profile.

libpng errors associated with wa3 are generally caused by your X session not being in a high enough resolution. Edit your XF86config file and make sure your pixel depth is at least 24.

In general, winamp3 for linux is still shakey and unstable at it's very best. At it's normal or worse, it's barely operable. Give em a few weeks to get ta WA3a2L, then start playing with it. At this point, you can get WA3B1 working in wine easier than getting the alpha to work.

And On that day, the Lords of the land said unto their Master Architect, "The temple you have made to the gods of Wasabi and Maki has brought us no great prosperity" and they sent out him into the lands.

As he traveled to a far off land, he found he wasn't traveling alone, but that he had gained companions, and when they found their new land, they started work on a new temple, one that would be OPEN to all who wanted to worship.
