Why do you miss to make a preferences panel to configure winamp ?

Not implemented yet but i DO hope they will in the next release. I miss the "Always on top" option.

the always on top-feature is implemented in the current release of winamp3. it is hidden in the studio.xnf - you have to open this file and to edit it by hand...
change the value of the entry 'always on top' to 1 and winamp will stay always on top with you ![]() ![]() ![]() __________________________ ps. my english is terrible |

its a BEEEEEEEEETA. And a developer's beta at that. It's for skinners, plugin devs and the like. You should have at least done a search on the forum for "preferences" or something.
It's NOT meant for your average word/winamp user who calls the tower the "hard drive" and their HDD space "memory". Not implying anything, but if you ARE one of those people, stick with 2.x. More user friendly. ![]() |

Brendo's got a point. All the options and settings are stored in the config.xnf file, but always on top doesnt work too well.
