How to get basic functions working

Hello there!

Like most of us, I REFUSE to use anything other than Winamp for playing music while I work. I've been using the latest release (V.5.9.0 build 9999) for a bit now and I have found out that there are some basic features either absent or just not working for me. For example, I cannot Queue songs in the list by pressing Q, nor with the right-click menu (there's no option for it anymore). Whenever hitting "J" to show the search box, I cannot get any sort of menu from any item. These are just two functions that I really used a lot before and those are the only ones that I have spotted so far.

My question is: Can those be regained somehow? Or is this just a matter of requesting the feature to the developers?

I am using Windows 11 Home edition if that's useful.

Any info on this will be greatly appreciated.

Those features were provided by the Jump To file Extra plugin (gen_jumpex.dll)
which was included with Winamp from v5.2 up until v5.8

It seems to work now. Thank you so much. Is there anything else that I must be missing right now and still haven't noticed? Do you recommend any other plugins for this new v5.9.0?

There are several worthwhile plugins that work in 5.9.

Waveform Seeker 2.3.1
Album Art 1.03 (can be embedded into the Media Library - great for Big Bento)
gen_lyricsplugin.dll (active embedded website delivers lyrics when available)
Not So Yasapi 1.1 (alternative to the included WASAPI output plugin)
Classic Spectrum Analyzer (vis_classic.dll)
Big Clock 1.03
Thimeo Perfect Declipper (pay app - still supports Winamp!)

I can't believe I went my whole life not knowing about the lyrics plugin :O. I see it kinda has some issues nowadays. It worked for one song (and one only) in my 5.9 instance XD. Imma try the whole bundle you listed. Thanks!

I almost never have issues with gen_lyricsplugin.dll. That's not to say that it didn't have issues at one time but that was a while back - it has definitely matured. I hope the website that supports it doesn't fold.
