search in add file ver 5.8 does not work

When adding a file to the playlist with ver 5.8 build 3660 (x86) the file search does not work at all. installed in windows 10 Neither can I drag and drop from windows explorer to the play list. So adding files to the playlist from a library of 30,000 titles in 30 folders is rather difficult.

You can drag and drop, but, you need to launch Winamp in compatibility mode and with administrative privileges. It's not the most recommended solution for security, but it works.
