while I am here in the meeting-point, I have downloaded the preset and the texture, and I will carry them home. I can't wait anymore for good Dub Techno in the evening. In one of my backup-locations I have them already in the right places.

Oh yes, I am coming with my many artist ideas, but I also will need a whole day for making new artist experiments which could need 2 or 3 hours. And then I will not know, if I will be satisfied with my next desktop wallpapers, which should go into the shows...

Now I have stopped by again, and I want to leave a .zip-folder with 12 images, 2x6, in 2 subfolders. You know, I am an artist...

At first I began to test the preset only with "neon2.jpg" by hakanh, then also with "neon2alternative1.jpg" by xmuzack (originally downloaded as "screenshot_the_city_of_spectrum.jpg"). And last weekend I got the idea to try out also the color-exchanges with IrfanView (5 different color-exchanges per image are possible). In the evening I checked again the preset with now 12 textures from the subset "neon2" for more than 1 hour. The preset is really very good, but I like also all 12 textures.

BTW, if You want, that only the 6 "neon2"-images by hakanh should have a chance to be picked randomly by the preset, then the 6 "neon2alternative1"-images by xmuzack can be also renamed, so that the filesnames begin with "neonalternative1" instead (or with "thecityofspectrum1"). I myself kept the filenames like in my .zip-folder.

Hi Sabine Klare,

You are right and it seems logical to change names. I'm sorry but I can not say I like xmuzack's texts (neon2...) very much. So, it was not in my archive.
Why did I give 'neon2' name to my text? Beause, I downloaded more than twenty neon-based pictures and I've numbered them in order. (like neon1, neon2, neon3, ...) And this collision must be a coincidence.

In fact, this is not a problem for me. Because, "Hakan - Mega X-spiral tiles (neon lights effect)" is not a final version. It was only a test version. It's already new variations are ready and I will be more careful about naming. Besides all of these, there is another problem. I named wrong it! Because, it was not a spiral shape but I named X-spiral...

Anyway, now we can focus on new things. You can see a new version its: https://www.facebook.com/hakan.ozkan...89246520892545 (I will add to my final pack, so I will not share it in the near future.)

Also, I will try your new color effect for "neon2". I can change if I get better results. Thanks.

Today I have downloaded the 4 newest presets.

Of course the other textures (by xmuzack) are additional and not necessary. If they are not wanted in the textures folder, then they don't need to be there. I myself use them, and I use very wide bandwidths of images. On my harddrives many subsets are very large.

But of course I have excluded my 4 posted photos with the animals (ducks, swans, sheep) from my random textures and also from my desktop wallpapers, and they can "sleep" in my other subfolders. You can view them in my thread "My Photos of Parks in Berlin 2016". But You know, that the animals in the photos should not be stretched. We can do that only with trees, leaves and other plants. And only a few of my pre-selected own photos had come into my final selection, while I didn't pre-select many of my other photos. My photos have to be very perfect.

I will check out the presets in the following days.

Yesterday I had viewed them shortly, because somehow one of the "Hakan Presets" had come up when I switched through all presets, and then I had changed to the sequential order. Also the new presets with the kaleidoscope effects from Post #19 are very good.

I am glad, that I had enough time of 5 minutes in the evening, and of course the new presets had to go into my Winamps on my PC & notebook.
