normally the payment bill should come 1-2 weeks before the payment is made...

But I am here since 2 years now and until now shoutcast ALWAYS payed, even if sometimes the payement was really late.

Nothing too.

It all indicates business is going bad with Shoutcast/Radionomy Group. Still no excuse for not replying.

Hi,

Bruno (Manager at Radionomy) left from the company last month and it looks like too much of a coincidence that they are also not payng.

I feel that the team dedicated to this task and our pending payments are gone.

We did not get the payment also last month, and we stopped playing their advertisements --for free-- at the beginning of February.
Sent several emails, nobody answering... no excuse for it.

They were delaying so much the payments that we are going to miss the payment of 6 months of service we have already provided.

Doesn't look like a bright scenario.

I just wrote an email to targetspot, telling them, that shoutcast isn't paying for month... Maybe I will get an answer from them....

They are the ones that issue the payments, they have to know where our money is and also our money and statistics on their platform.

Hello all, here are some news

Hey Anthology Team,

We indeed had issues processing payments after our migration to the V2 services and collecting incomes from publishers during that transition period.

We will start resuming payments at the end of this Month/beginning of March.

We will start with the september payments and gradually pay out the other months till reaching back the 120 days waiting period for pay-out.

Hello,
A few comforting lines do not change a lot and cannot erase people hanging-up on you (very professional) or no answers to hundreds of e-mails.

I want to say that already 120 days of services makes already a big enough credit to a company that will have to gain back our trust.
Also, let us be frank, they were (since the beginning) managing this business in a very questionable way. Delays, changes to contract clauses in due course... and much more. I am not extremely surprised about what is going on.

Personally, I will not grant additional credit to them. No advertisements will be aired until payments resume and we understand that this is a 2 ways commitment deal.

We Received a payment for advertisements aired in Europe (not in the USA)
However we did not receive the usual statement.

They paid Euro advertisements and Not the US, and they DIDN'T PAY AUGUST, as we received the Euro payment related to September only.
