Making a New Music Library

I will apologize in advance if this has been answered, but I was unable to find anything for my question in the forum search. I am wanting to migrate away from using iTunes as my media player and just use winamp. I am aware that I would need to convert any itunes purchased songs before it would play in winamp. How do I take the songs from my itunes library and put them in a non-itunes music folder that will play through winamp? Hope that make sense and thank you for your help.

it depends if they have DRM or not. if they have DRM ur likely screwed unless u can find a way to un-DRM them, (although they still may work on that machine, i forget the rules of DRM).

if they aren't DRM, its np. just move the files to a folder like C:\music\ and then point winamp at it. simple.

PENN STATE Radio or http://www.LION-Radio.org/
BUG #1 = Winamp skips short tracks
Wish #1 = Multiple Column Sorting
Wish #2 = Add TCMP/Compilation editing
