Unable to find telnet.exe from NSIS

I am trying to execute telnet.exe from ExecCmd::exec command. But unable to do so. But it is working for cmd.exe and PING.exe. Even IfFileExists is unable to find telent.exe. But telnet.exe is present in C:\Windows\System32 folder. Please help for this.
