I'm in a contest in February and part of it is identifying pictures. This one I've seen in a music video somewhere before, but I don't remember who it is. Can anyone help?

Based on the last three guesses, I'll say "Ugly Rumours", the band that Tony Blair was a member of, in which he did mimic Jagger.

Will have to look again later; right now, I have an Ohio State Game to watch...

I'm rescinding that suggestion already. Blair's band had long hair in '72 and these guys have late 70s/early 80s punk hair cuts.

So I'm outta ideas. Stray Cats, The Clash? meh...
