You need the WavPack Decoder, which is part of the Essentials Pack (take a look at my signature).

Furthermore, you must install the Pro Version of Winamp, because only Winamp Pro allows you to encode files in the MP3 format.

Make sure that you've installed the Format Converter, which is part of Winamp's installer.

Add some wv files to your playlist, mark them >> right click >> send to >> format converter.

16 years later, and I'm looking for an .wv plugin for Winamp. Don't see any relevant link in your signature, Koopa.

At this point, I would use foobar or something else to do file conversions.

PENN STATE Radio or http://www.LION-Radio.org/
BUG #1 = Winamp skips short tracks
Wish #1 = Multiple Column Sorting
Wish #2 = Add TCMP/Compilation editing

I use multiple audio formats and also sometimes extract audio from various video formats. For the longest time now I have been using two audio converter simultaneously: NCH Switch Sound File Converter Plus and AIMP

The first one saves time be adding entries to shell menu, but does not support wavpack- and that where the AIMP comes in. Also sometimes one of them is unable to handle some videos, so I use the other then
