Is there a way to combine multiple playlists into one?

If so, how?

If you want to combine a playlist with a playlist already in the ML (if not then first create a ML playlist to store the new playlist) then just select all tracks in the 1st playlist -> right-click -> Send-To -> Media Library playlists -> (name of 2nd playlist). This combines the 1st and the 2nd playlist into the 2nd playlist. Selecting tracks from the playlist editor and sending them to ML playlist also works.
