How and where to buy a license for MP3 shoutcast v2?

Where can I buy .mp3 license or key for MP3 encoding in v2 shoutcast server?
The link that is posted on many sites (http://shop.winamp.com/servlet/Promo...omoID.48873700), and even in Centova cPanel, does not work.

Thanks in advance for the help. Urgent me.

see the note in the first post of http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=375305 about sc_trans and unlock codes.

and it's only needed if using sc_trans as the source. it doesn't prevent you using the v2 DNAS with other source software.

I have found mp3 license key at fastcast4u site. It was cheap, and it works fine.
