1. last payment was extreme late (Reason: Advertisers didn't payed on time. Meaning no buffer to pay the radio owners. Shoutcast is out of cash)
2. No feedback on emails
3. New Shoutcast platform does not show earnings (So, they can put any number they like in the invoice)
4. New Payment is late again

Hello,
as i told them in an email, we work with Shoutcast/Targetstop not directly with the advertisers so it is not our business if the advertisers paid Targetstop or not. It is Targetstop that owe us the money.

They're again out of the conditions and again no communication at all that is very disrespectful.

But that's true that they always paid even if they had a month late.

Hello you can know how much you make by clicking on any country in yout Targetstop account dashboard.

I did not quote you, I wasn't answering to you. It was a general consideration after reading all the posts in the 2 resent threads in this forum.

What I meant with "Gone"? Just use a little bit of your imagination...
No payments, no answers (only automated replies), my direct contact in Radionomy (I met him in NYC last year) left just a few days before this ugly situation...

To me, it doesn't look very promising... personally I don't think this is going to end with the radio stations getting the many pending payments and a normal work relation resuming...

No it's not looking promising indeed.

I've send them a letter with February 21 as deadline. From there I am going to legal steps to get my money. My lawyer came with some interesting suggestions.

Look, I understand things can go wrong. At least, take some responsibilities and inform your partners. By not doing that is just showing they don't care.

If they are going to proceed legally I am interested in joining the process to recover my money and proceed to obtain an indictment since they have not given any response.

Thanks for the info. But I have to deal with Targetspot Brussels.

Before I called them today I've mailed them 2/12 to all known email addresses. They refused to mail back. So, I've called them just 20 minutes ago.

I have a recorded phone call because I knew upfront this company is baloney.

They hang up and refuse to pick up the phone when I tried to call back. I spoke the voicemail to call or mail me today or I will sue them.

Hi,

It's not panicking it's a matter of being correct. I have removed my radio from their ad program because I focus on direct advert.

Going to put a mail to local businesses at 10 am and spoke two days ago a cool restaurant owner who's most likely going to advertise.

To be honest, it's my mistake to stick too long with the lying company Targetspot(because they pay you).

If I succeed this I will write a tutorial and share it with other radio station owners who wants to make a living out of it. One thing is for sure, that's not with Targetspot.

Sorry for the typo in my above post, the payment we received is for advertisements aired in Europe.
We did not receive the payment for the advertisements aired in the USA, which was usually arriving before the other one.
No statements for both of them.
