Winamp essentials - manual zip file?

hi, i can´t install winamp essentials, because it´s saying that my version is to low. But i am using the actual version of winamp.

Is there a possibility to manually copy the needet files into the winamp-folder?
Or where can i tell winamp in the registry that i am using the actual version?

I am using Winamp 5.66 and trying to install Winamp Essentials 5.58. Win10.

Is Winamp Essentials still a thing? I have been searching forums and haven't had luck.

The actual version is 5.58 - from: 30.06.2010. So the plugins are old.

If you want it for the plugins then I recommend DrO's Winamp plugins for recent versions of Winamp (5.666 or 5.8 beta).

Yes! Thank you! That's exactly what I was looking for. Even though they're not bundled the same way, it's still great to have them where I can easily find them. I recently put new guts in my computer including a fresh install of the operating system and programs, so it's been a big job to get everything back to the way I like it. 11 plug-ins; enc_vorbis.dll, gen_classicart.dll, gen_find_on_disk.dll, gen_nopro.dll, gen_skinmanager.dll, gen_timerestore.dll, gen_undo.dll, in_wav.dll, in_wav.trb, in_wv.dll and ml_enqplay.dll

9 system files; a52.w5s, a52.wbm, alac.w5s, alac.wbm, dca.w5s, dca.wbm, f263.w5s, f263.wbm and unicodetaskbarfix.w5s

The last Essentials package I used was in 2014. Some of these were later updated and added to the Winamp installation package. Others were added to various parts of the core code and abandoned as separate files.
