cannot hear whmsonic shoutcast

I am new to this shoutcast radio service. I have a cpanel server with whmsonic shoutcast installed. I have some cpanel and when i am playing the audio files i can't hear the song in speaker?

could you please help me to sort this issue?

what encoder are you using AAC or Mp3 because aac doesn't work with all devices as u were told in the auto dj setup of whmsonic

and you need to make sure that all of the volume levels from source to listener software to what's on the system sound mixer is not set low / off.
