This XM module plays incorrectly

i was playing an xm module in Winamp, when i noticed that the gate effect of the song was rendered incorrectly, as compared to how it plays in the game it originated from

it plays correctly with XMplay, so i recorded the output from both players with Audacity, and created an mp3 to compare 30 seconds of each

for convenience, i've also uploaded the xm module

any ideas ?
